Wainfleet is Niagara's rural escape, a quiet agricultural township strung along the Lake Erie shore between Port Colborne and the Haldimand line. With Long Beach's sandy shoreline, the protected Wainfleet Bog, and mile after mile of farmland, it's where Niagara comes to slow down. There's no real town centre here; life is organized around the lake, the marsh, and the concession roads.
